Life as an E-commerce Delivery Manager:
This is a brilliant opportunity to join Wonderbly, a fast growing DTC ecommerce market leader.This is a key role within the Wonderbly business with an opportunity to make a real impact very quickly. Joining the E-commerce team you will be responsible for our international markets, being the voice of our international markets and driving change within the business.
Here are some of the things you’ll be doing:
Conduct a deep dive into our international performance to identify areas of improvement and create action plans that will drive growth and revenue.
Develop a deep understanding of our international customers, including their preferences, behaviour, and pain points, and use this knowledge to create localized online trading strategies that will improve customer experience and drive sales.
Be the champion of international growth within Wonderbly and work with cross-functional teams to ensure that international considerations are integrated into all aspects of our business.
Supporting the Head of Ecommerce to offer the best online experience for new and existing customers by driving change and improving existing content, using analytic tools (Content Square) to make improvements on site.
Supporting the Head of Ecommerce on providing ad-hoc deep dive reporting on performance challenges and actioning changes as required.
Collaborate with other teams, such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Service, to ensure that our international ecommerce is aligned with our broader business objectives.
Develop and implement processes and systems to ensure that our international ecommerce operations are efficient, scalable, and effective.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in international ecommerce and apply this knowledge to improve our online trading performance.
Analyse and report on sales performance and use data insights to inform future trading
Monitor competitor activity and adjust our trading strategy accordingly to stay competitive in each market.
Growth hacking - pushing forward localisation projects within our new markets.
Looking at country-specific UX and merchandising, testing and then implementing suggestions on how best to serve our customers in different markets, for example our DACH markets.
